You review and approve. Only then does the bill post to the ledger, VAT and payables.

What is AI invoice processing?
AI invoice processing reads an invoice, pulls out the supplier, dates, amounts and tax, and prepares the accounting entry. In e4cs it drafts the bill and a person approves it before anything is posted.
Is the AI always right?
No system is. The AI suggests values, but it can misread a poor scan or an unusual layout. That is why every captured bill is a draft until you review and approve it.
How much does invoice automation software cost?
